development coaching.
In her practice, Susan has helped hundreds of people at all different levels - from college students to executives. She has a wide range of experience in career coaching, outplacement, corporate human resources and education.
Susan holds a Master of Education (Special Education) from Tufts University
and a Bachelor of Arts from the University Of Denver. She is qualified in the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and has completed MBTI Step II training. She also
has completed ADD Coach Training with an experienced ADD MCC Coach.
In addition,
She is the author of "The Mentor Link: Bridging Education and Employment," Journal
Of College Placement. She also has been trained in "360 Clark Wilson Survey
Instrument". She works closely with a Board Certified psychiatrist,
Dr. Harvey Berman,
who is licensed in both general
psychiatry and psychomatic medicine (mind and
body).
She is actively involved with Westchester CHADD, Children and Adults with
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and the Executive Committee of Mamaroneck
Schools SEPTA, Special Education Parent Teacher Association. She has also facilitated
parent and adult support groups.
Susan started her career as an intern at Harvard University 's Office of Career
Services and Off-Campus Learning.
